Shipping policy

We're a super-small team, just two of us hustling away. Our goal is to get through as many orders as we can each week. All orders are prepared fresh and may take 10-14 days for delivery. 

For delivery, we charge £15 upto 15kg, £20 upto 30kg and £25 upto 45kg. That covers the courier and all the packaging, and we're not making any profit off it. If our costs go down, we'll happily drop that price too.

The collection address is Robert Foster Farmer & Butcher, 45 Churchgate, Retford, DN22 6PA. Please wait for your "Ready to Collect" email before coming to collect. 

Shipping Info:
We deliver Tuesday to Friday. All orders are prepared fresh, so delivery usually happens within 10 days of placing your order. For example, if you order on a Monday, your box will arrive the following week by Friday at the latest.

Our courier is DPD, and once your order has been shipped, they’ll email you with your delivery date and tracking details so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

Remember to be around when the delivery happens! If you're not, our courier will stash it in a safe spot. Please, don't turn away your delivery. If there's an issue, accept it and give us a shout so we can sort things out. Refusing delivery means the courier will trash the parcel, and that's a big loss for us.
