3. Ordering Process:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept VISA, Mastercard, ShopPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped every Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, and Wednesday for Thursday delivery.

  • Shipping Methods: Orders are delivered by our courier, DHL.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: We ship every Tuesday and Wednesday on next day delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping cost is £15 per order upto 15kg, £20 upto 30kg and £25 upto 40kg. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns: Due to the freshness of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter an issue, please contact us for assistance.

  • Refund Policy: No restocking fees apply. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
